As a prominent keynote speaker, Dines has captivated audiences at major design festivals worldwide, including OFFF, UsByNight, D&AD, and Adobe Max, sharing his deep insights and passion for design and creativity.
In his commitment to shaping the future of design, Dines launched BLUP & BLUP: ACADEMY in 2021. These platforms collaborate with institutions such as London Met, Ravensbourne Uni, Birmingham University, Solent, and Leeds to nurture the next generation of creative leaders through mentoring and hands-on agency experience. STAGE 3:
Product Placement
The Product Placement for the Film and TV Series will be strategic, and the Marketing Team will operate accordingly.
STAGE 1:
In Pre-production collateral for The Galactican will be created to make a marketing package so that respective Marketing Directors can easily assess the quality and commerciality of the entire franchise (We will only use products that will weave easily into the production design of the show).
Therefore, we will only approach leading high-profile International Brands with a vested interest in the foreseeable future, i.e. Apple. This company spends hundreds of millions of dollars a year on media exposure on various platforms, although every single dollar must be accounted for.
STAGE 2:
Once in agreement, we approach their design division and invite them to create Props that are still only at a prototype stage for Apple and then invite them to further develop their ideas at either their cost or provide a budget for our Props Team to work with.
The Producers will then approve the designs, in conjunction with the Creative Team on the Film & TV Series, and then negotiate a fee, or use of the product.
This can be in the form of technology or even a joint venture on a specific marketing strategy which would involve their product and The Galactican.
Once The Galactican is complete, our Marketing Team and Senior Management from Apple will be invited to attend various VIP Screenings.
Once the Series is available to various International Territories, the Sales Team will approach Apple again to invite them to Advertise during the initial run of The Galactican.
The Management at Apple will already be fully aware of The Galactican, therefore the prospect of agreeing on a deal may prove highly likely.
Other leading Brands that may be considered include: Google, Virgin, Microsoft, General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Virgin Atlantic, Rolex, Tesla, Space X, Coke, Pepsi, NASA, Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Shell, even Netflix, and the list goes on and on.
The various products certainly won’t be obvious glaring advertisements for the respective Brand, but rather subtly embroidered into the tapestry of the high production values of this futuristic show.

Working with SpaceX and Elon Musk to incorporate his visionary ideas and cutting-edge technology into our sci-fi film about a colony on Mars and space travel has been an inspiring collaboration.
Musk’s ambitious goals for interplanetary exploration and sustainable space travel have significantly influenced the film’s narrative, bringing an unprecedented level of realism and innovation to the project. By integrating SpaceX's advancements in spacecraft design, propulsion systems, and Mars colonization plans, we’ve been able to craft a more authentic depiction of life on the Red Planet. This partnership not only enhances the scientific accuracy of the story but also aligns with Musk's broader vision of making space exploration a tangible reality.

He finally made it to Mars

A while ago we officially approached NASA to act as Technical Consultants on The Galactican.
We wanted to include their existing and future plans for the colonisation of the Moon and Mars, as well as their concepts for Space Stations and the prospect of Space Hotels. These elements have already been incorporated into certain key episodes of the show. I intend to give the family audiences an informed view of the future, rather than a TV Show that is purely sci-fi. By incorporating science-facts we will be able to provide an informed view of mankind's inevitable future, as well as some ideas on how to improve it.
At first we were not sure how NASA were going to react to our proposal. However, to our enormous surprise they were extremely positive and grateful to be involved. NASA is under constant pre ure to justify its Multi-Billion dollar annual expenditure and they need to improve their profile with the key decision-maker on Capitol Hill in Washington.
We want The Galactican to provide an plausible view of the future so that younger members of our audience have the opportunity to be educated and inspired to take omc of these ideas further, once they are in a position to do so.
Unlike TV Shows like Star Trek, our story-lines are more dra1natic and authentic, so it will be important to provide the global audiences with some contemporary cultural references they can identify with.
The Galactican will have lots of action and high concept content, but I believe it's important to have a more genuine perspective than presenting just science fiction. James Cameron used this to great effect in both Avatar and Aliens. Whereas, shows like Star Trek survive on its heritage in popular culture and legions of devoted fans. By engaging a leading Director's like JJ Abrahams, Paramount has been able to revive the franchise and add new appeal to the show as well as a younger audience.
We intend to appeal to both the Star Wars fans and Trekkies, by providing our audience with a intelligent and ente11aining Sci-fi concept, enveloped in action packed and dramatic stories.
Although, the authenticity that NASA, and also JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory) can provide may win us an even larger international audience. We also intend using some of the astonishing images on the Universe from the Hubble Telescope, e.g.
