ANTHONY WILLIAMS: FOUNDER OF GOSHEN MUSIC GROUP.
With three decades of experience in the music and entertainment industry, Anthony has had the honour of collaborating with many iconic global artists. He has also participated in prestigious award shows such as the BAFTAs, The Grammys, Brit Awards, X Factor, The Voice, and Britain’s Got Talent, among others.
Anthony Williams journey began at 11 years old, exposed to a wide range of music genres by is parents inspired his journey as a musician, laying the ground for what would be a remarkable career. Over the years he performed with a range of artists like Mariah Carey, Chaka Khan, Eternal, Mica Paris, Ronan Keaton, CeCe Winans and others.
In 2008, he became Managing Director of MVLS Records and publishing, an indie company focused on recording artist music, artist management and development. During his tenure, apart from
releasing and distributing recorded works, he progressively scaled business by forging creative and strategic brand commercial partnerships. Collaborations include profile artist and brands like Blur, Madonna, The 1975, Elton John, Pink, Nick Jonas etc, LVMH, Burberry, The Royal Family, X Factor, Brit Awards, The Grammys, BGT and various film soundtracks.
2024 sees Anthony embark on a new chapter with Goshen Music Group Ltd. He aims to leverage his collective experience to strategically provide bespoke comprehensive commercial services across the entertainments Industry, music, film, tv, sport and gaming. Close to his heart he is developing a nonprofit in support of key charities by hosting a series of key fundraising events during 2025 and beyond. Also the HUB, a youth incentive for creative thinkers supported and sponsored by UK businesses, as he continues to demonstrate a commitment to nurture talent, foster innovation to ensure a mutual balance between creativity and business.
Rising To The Galactican Soundtrack Challenge
Now, Anthony is ready to embark on the next exciting chapter of his illustrious career by teaming up with entrepreneur Richard Britain, the creator, executive producer, writer, and director of The Galactican, film and TV series. As part of an award-winning team, in one of his tasks he will take on the role of music supervisor, crafting music that resonates deeply with the talented A-list cast to elevate their performances across various scenes. Another aspect of this role is to help create opportunities for underprivileged young talent, promoting inclusivity and diversity by offering mentorship to existing hubs and academies.
One of the key challenges will be to blend various musical genres like, Rock, Classical, Pop, and futuristic music, while ensuring each scene remains relatable and a musical integrity is maintained whilst pushing creative boundaries. A wish list of collaborators is extensive and thrilling, with plans to introduce esteemed composers and some he is already familiar with like Eric Clapton, Brian May, Mark Knopfler, Steve Lukather, Chris Cameron, Damon Albarn and others. Additionally, reaching out to legends like Hans Zimmer, John Williams, Alec Belcher, Henry Jackman to name a few will showcase a rich diversity in the films musical landscape. There will also be a selection of nostalgic and classic songs that span across the many years, some songs aim to jerk the emotions out of those watching/listening.
Setting the scene, tone, energy, and pace is an exhilarating endeavour and honour, one that he hopes will stand alongside other great works of art in the future. This project represents a dream and a significant contribution to Anthony's career, presenting a noteworthy challenge that he is ready to embrace wholeheartedly!
